Um, like the other anon says, do strike up conversations with people on your f-list! Let me tell you that I wasn't always this talkative (and if you browse back to my older entries you'll probably find proof for this), but opening up to my f-list has helped that somewhat.
I understand that it can be somewhat intimidating! Sometimes people post entries and you want to comment but you don't know what to say. Sometimes people post comments and you want to reply but there are just no words. It is hard to start approaching people first if you're not used to it, but if you just take that one step, they might just meet you halfway and you'll start connecting more with them.
Please don't give up; there are tons of really great people here and many of them may just feel the way you do. I don't know who you are, but I hope I have been talking enough to you. All the best. ♥
